Houston, we have background color

There are some things I want to do with the background and this site is not letting me do so. So, to make myself happy I'm posting what I want it too look like since the site is being mean. (The top where our 'Trinity Animal Shelter, bla bla bla' thing isn't supposed to have white there. I was being lazy and copy-pasted it.)

I'm also making sure we have pictures in proper places and listing the ones we still need to add as well as missing information. Hopefully we will be done some time before the new year.
